Our Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so any merchandise purchased from us is fully returnable. Here are some guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return process.
Instructions For Returns and Exchanges:

1. Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of you receiving the item. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in it's original packaging unopened. Once the products have been open, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as we can not sell the product as new.
2. Contact us by email: sales@stopattacker.com, or Call: (828) 286-7546, let us know what item you want to return or exchange and for what reason. Don't forget to include your order number.
3. We will email you within 48 hours with your Return Authorization (RA) Number.
4. Repackage the item making sure to clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.

6. Once the item has been received, we will send you the exchange item or refund your account.
7. If you open your C2 and in the rare event it will not activate or malfunctions, it is covered under a 90 day manufacturers warranty. Feel free to contact us and let us know and we will guide you in contacting Taser International for a replacement.
